AirPods Pro 3
I spent three years doing human factors research at Apple. AirPods Pro 3 is one of the products I contributed to as a Team Lead.

user research
"We analyzed more than ten thousand 3D ear scans along with over one hundred thousand hours of user research, to optimize the new AirPods Pro."
Apple, AirPods Pro 3 launch eventWhat I Did
I led a team of five researchers across the product development lifecycle. The work involved running user studies on prototype hardware, collecting feedback, tracking issues with engineering teams, and presenting findings to leadership.
A big part of it was building the surveys and tasks that gave us meaningful insight into how people actually experience the product. The goal was always the same: make sure what we learned got acted on.
The Result
The most stable and best-fitting AirPods ever, with a redesigned shape matched to the natural geometry of the ear canal, five ear tip sizes, and IP57 water resistance. Worn by more people during workouts than any other headphones in the world.
