I spent over three years doing human factors research at Apple. AirPods Pro 3 is one of the products I worked on. The launch video below covers the work better than I can.

I supported the work across the full product development lifecycle. This involved running user studies on prototype hardware, collecting feedback, and tracking issues with engineering teams. I also led modeling initiatives with the engineering team.
